CORE TRANSFORMATIONS

Our First Session:

This crucial first intensive session, called CORE TRANSFORMATIONS, establishes a solid foundation upon which we build all our future transformative work.

During our first 2 hours together we will:

• Capture your background & history

• Shift & often completely eliminate the emotional charge around the most pressing issues

• Re-establish peace of mind and tranquillity

• Create powerful routines for effective self-care in between sessions

• Set goals and design a road map for follow up sessions

• Provide access to 10 minute telephone touch up treatments if needed in between sessions
  

To achieve optimal results, I will draw on my 14 years of experience working with people one-on-one and my extensive training in leading-edge healing techniques like:

• Matrix Energetics
• The Work
• The Body Code
• Reiki

Follow up sessions then build on the work we accomplished in this initial CORE TRANSFORMATIONS sessions and takes it deeper and deeper for lasting changes to occur. This work is very much cumulative: the more you do it, the more freedom and peace you will experience.

I use an evidence-based approach with my clients, monitoring how our work together changes your life in tangible ways and how well we work together a s a team. This allows me to continually adjust and fine-tune the work we do together to achieve optimal results.
